Safety when touring a home

Homes for sale or rent can have uneven floors, loose rugs, cords, pets, low lighting, wet surfaces, stairs, or work in progress. Conditions can change between visits.

When you tour a property

• Watch your step.
• Keep children with you.
• Do not touch electrical panels, gas valves, or anything that looks unsafe.
• Tell Lorenzo at once if someone is hurt or if you see a dangerous condition.

Comments during a showing are observations. They are not a home inspection, pest report, or contractor opinion.
